Douglas
J. Hervey founded Bull City Architect in April of 1999. Bull
City Architect's mission from its inception is to provide architectural
services with full client participation. Carefully listening
to the client's needs enables us to successfully guide our clients
through the design process. Gathering the appropriate information,
by asking the right questions, ensures that the client's ideas,
dreams, and desires are properly articulated first
on paper and ultimately in the built form.
Bull City Architect is fully capable of addressing the specific design components, whether it is green/sustainable ideas, complicated site issues, budget, accessibility issues, or preservation issues, which drive the design of the client's project.

The ultimate goal is for the client to have a positive experience, by addressing the client's budget, function, aesthetics, as well as schedule needs.
