An approximate 400-square foot master closet/bath renovation/addition for a couple in Durham. This closet addition allowed for all the clothing storage to be located in one space. The laundry room was relocated from the kitchen to the addition allowing for a much-needed pantry. The master bathroom was reconfigured to a more open plan.
