The building is sited to accommodate a future expansion of the facility or a possible second building.

SOUTH BOSTON UROLOGIC CLINIC Livingstone Drive Cary, North Carolina A 10,000 square-foot urologic and dialysis clinic. It features a 21-chair dialysis treatment room, 8 exam rooms, 2 x-ray treatment rooms, and a procedure room. The design focused on two central design issues: creating efficient pedestrian circulation and maximizing natural light. The building is situated between two "Williamsburg" style state buildings; the owner opted for a more unique and identifiable design.
