The Old Laundry Building Renovation

The scope of this project involved renovating a 33,000 sf old laundry building into office, conference, and shop space. The building had been built in 3 phases, 3 types of construction, on 3 levels over 70 years. Complicated code issues, providing a clean, modern, well lit office space with efficient circulation were some of the key concerns. Mr. Hervey was the chief designer and coordinator of this project.
